Management, Applied Nutrition and Catering Technology since the last three decades. IHM, Bhopal was originally established as a Food Craft Institute in 1978 to teach culinary skills and food science. It was only in 1986 that it was given its current identity by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India with the motive of facilitating overall development of the Tourism and Hospitality Industry in India.
