     Gratitude is the basic attitude that everyone is blessed with! But as the time passes people started to socialize and started to explore different parts of the world with just one device through social media and because of these advance technologies people don't appreciate the things they have and become greedy, started gossiping, which ultimately making the people going into negativity. They usually forget to appreciate the things which they have. By thinking negative now a days most of the people are living a stressful life.
        To make changes or to bring positivity in such a way that you will have a happier and a positive life that will give a big impact in your life. It's totally your choice that how you have to think, if you always want to think positive, you will think or consider positive things even if any thing negative happens to you. The basic criteria to live a happy life is always being in gratitude.   

        Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. Gratitude is an emotion or feeling of being thankful for every event in your life. By having gratitude in life, you develop a positive attitude towards all odds in life and feel thankfulness for all the people you meet in your life span.

         When you show gratitude towards a person it makes them feel good. Especially when they are sad, they will feel relieved and know their self value because of the gratitude given to him and the relationship and bond between then will become more stronger.

Being grateful for the simple things in life can help you to boost your self-esteem. This means that you will be more confident and less worried about how you measure up to others.
  • Makes you more positive and focus :
Those who practice gratitude are far more positive than those who do not. One of the main ways that gratitude can change your life is because it changes your focus. You begin to focus more on the important things, seeing them in a positive light and better preparing to deal with the negative situations that present themselves.
  • Being grateful has health benefit :
The people who are practicing or being grateful, give more attention to their health and get heal faster than the normal people. They regularly do exercise and take care of their health and go on a regular appointments with doctor.

Wisdom is the instantaneous recognition that crisis is a blessing.

         When you start your gratitude practice, you will feel that your life is gradually changing and it might seems like magic. Gratitude is like magic once you started to pay gratitude your life will become a magic and will change the perspective of your life like the universe is doing everything to you whatever you wish for but for that you should be grateful from your bottom of your heart, then only it will work the way you want to live your life.  

            Writing gratitude is the most effective and best thing to do. You can write or practice your magic by maintaining a journal or you can make note in your mobile whichever may be comfortable to you. You might need a rock or any stone like thing which will be useful for you. It's like all the positivity is been in that rock and you can carry it anytime anywhere with you.

The most basic magic or gratitude practices can be done :

1. Make a list of 10 blessing. write why you're grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say thankyou, thankyou, thankyou  and feel good as grateful for that blessing.
2. Just before you go to sleep , hold your magic rock in one hand and say the magic words thankyou for the best thing that happened during the day.
3.Use Visual Reminders, because the two primary obstacles to gratefulness are forgetfulness and a lack of mindful awareness, visual reminders can serve as cues to trigger thoughts of gratitude. Often times, the best visual reminders are other people.
4. Be grateful throughout the day, be thankful for the smallest thing this will not only increase your confidence but also takes you to one step ahead because you value the things regardless of the size or use.

            These basic practices are for the beginners or newbie who are just started practicing gratitude. this will definitely make a change and make your life more positive and happy.
